Food&Drinks

Being at an event for four full days obviously means, that you require something to eat and drink. Here are some options we offer directly or indirectly for you!

Drinks

You’re allowed to bring your own drinks to the event and in fact many visitors do so.

Cold beverages

If you run out of your own drinks or fancy something different, then our infodesk will sell a variety of cold beverages like water, lemonades or beer.

Hot beverages

Want something hot instead? We also offer free coffee and tea throughout the whole event!

TIP: bring your own cup, so we can reduce the amount of single-use coffee cups that go to the trash!

Food

You’re of course also allowed to bring food to the party. However you should keep in mind, that anything that needs refrigeration is less ideal. Also, you should only buy food that’s ready to eat, as running any kind of kitchen equipment (microwaves, ovens, …) at the party is not allowed.

If you aim at shopping your own food, please be aware that during the party, only Saturday is a day where shops are open!

Food stands

At out large outside area there will be several food stands for you, selling a wide range of different meals, of course also with vegetarian and vegan options. While these stands will sell food over a large timespan each day however please note, that they will be closed during nights.

Payment options

At the infodesk you can pay for your drink either in cash or also using any kind of electronic payment. Another option are beverage coupons.

Beverage coupons

As the infodesk can be crowded at times and our staff also does other things beside selling drinks, another payment option are beverage coupons.

Beverage coupons are paper coupons with a value of 10€ (in 0,50€ units) which you can buy at the infodesk and then use to get your drinks. The advantage is, that it’s faster to handle than cash and easier to handle for our staff than electronic payment for single beverage orders. For beverage coupons the following conditions apply:

  • They are only valid during Revision 2025, that is from April 18th to 21st
  • They are only valid for drinks from the infodesk, not for food or drinks from the outside stands!
  • Deposit on bottles can be payed with the coupons, returned deposit (if you don’t simply exchange an empty bottle for a full one) however can only be returned as cash
  • Leftover value can be exchanged for cash at the infodesk at any time (latest until the end of the party)

As you can see, having one or more beverage coupons in your pockets during the party is a comfortable and simple way to buy drinks.

Payment at food stands

As the outside food stands are not operated by ourselves we unfortunately can’t give information beforehand what payment options they offer. As you will know, Germany is notorious for often offering cash payment only and thus we recommend to be prepared for the food stands mostly accepting only cash.
